You have heard the claims: a book that was cut from the Bible, angels who came down a mountain, giants on the earth, a quotation tucked into the Letter of Jude. Search for the Book of Enoch and you mostly find the raw text, with no map, or videos that promise secrets. This guide does what neither does: it explains. Book of Enoch Explained walks through 1 Enoch section by section in plain English: the Book of the Watchers, the Parables, the Astronomical Book, the Dream Visions and the Epistle of Enoch. Each walkthrough gives a clear summary, a short key passage from a public-domain translation, commentary on what it means and a fair account of how scholars and different churches read it, with each view labeled. It is not a bare reprint of the text, not a whole-Bible overview and not a book of ancient-aliens theories. It is also not a Revelation commentary, though it compares Enoch's ideas with Genesis, Daniel and Revelation. It never tells you whether 1 Enoch is scripture; it shows you the evidence and lets you decide.
