After struggling to find a job, Nate Holloway accidentally becomes the personal assistant to an overly dramatic evil overlord named Lord Vargath who runs a fortress dedicated to conquering nearby towns. Using simple office skills like scheduling, organization, and common sense, Nate slowly transforms the chaotic villain operation into a surprisingly efficient workplace while supervising a group of well meaning but accident prone interns. When another villain tries to recruit him away, Nate solves the problem by organizing an alliance between the two fortresses, proving that good administration might be the most powerful force in the valley.
