Real estate appraiser Adrian Cole investigates an abandoned mansion and discovers that its rooms subtly rearrange themselves to reveal vivid memories from the lives of people who once lived there. As the house shows him conversations and moments from decades past, Adrian learns that former owner Eleanor Whitmore intentionally encouraged the house to preserve memories so that no life or experience inside it would ever be forgotten. In the end Adrian realizes the mansion is not haunted but alive with preserved moments of the past, a place where time quietly continues to remember.
