Then Mari finds a book in a deep gallery that nobody has opened in a very long time, and works out where the doctrine came from, and what it is.
Nobody aboard is cruel. Nobody is corrupt. Everything is entered. And there is no field on any leaf for the thing a ten-year-old asks for.
