Pete Ketchum is an organizational psychologist and behavioral scientist who spent years reading people in high-stakes environments, military intelligence, corrections, and law enforcement, before bringing those skills into the corporate world. He holds an M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Purdue University Global and has spent his career helping founders and executives diagnose the behavioral patterns underneath their hardest organizational problems.
