Pete Ketchum is an organizational psychologist and behavioral scientist who spent years reading people in high-stakes environments, military intelligence, corrections, and law enforcement, before bringing those skills into the corporate world. He holds an M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Purdue University Global and has spent his career helping founders and executives diagnose the behavioral patterns underneath their hardest organizational problems. He works with leaders who know something is off but can't quite name it. The Missed Meeting is his first book.
