This anti-burnout meditation is helpful for all people who feel stressed and "burnt out". It is suitable as a stress prevention as well as an supplementary support meditation during the active burnout phase. Do you currently feel completely exhausted, both physically and emotionally? This guided meditation is perfect for you, when you have the feeling: "I can't take it anymore". It leads you into your inner self to learn how to lead a stress-reduced or stress-free life. You will be gently guided from the place of "outer chaos" to the place of "inner calm". You will learn to understand the negative thoughts and stress patterns and be able to open yourself fully for your healing. We have consciously created the meditation for you in a short and a long version. With the short version you can, whenever possible, quickly free yourself from your feelings of helplessness and the constant psychological pressure. The long version of the Anti-Burnout Meditation allows you to feel even more deeply what your place of inner peace can feel like. You learn to understand that to be really well, you need to be connected with your inner soul. We recommend using headphones during these meditations. In this way, you can absorb the supporting effects of the spoken words on an even deeper level of your subconsciousness. SAFETY NOTE: You should never listen to these meditations while driving a car or operating machinery. The best place is sitting in a comfortable armchair, or otherwise lying down in a comfortable place.
