I AM Tapas, Cultivating Tapas in Everyday Life is an audio about the 3rd Niyama of Patanjali´s Yoga Sutras TAPAS means self-discipline; attitude and behavioral modification to effect psychological transformation. In Patanjali's Yoga Sutra (2.43) it says: Disciplined purification actions result in perfection of the body, mind and senses.
