Virgile Rivet Samba Moussinga is a Ph.D. candidate in Public Policy and Foreign Policy, a multilingual legal scholar, public policy expert, and human rights advocate whose work bridges African and American political traditions. As a Mandela Washington Fellow, he deepened his study of American history and constitutional development through mentorships with U.S. scholars and diplomats. His research examines the intersections of natural law, governance, and American political identity, including global democracy and the South.
