After spending most of 40 years working as a fire safety professional, Phil X Morris came to full-time writing late in life! No one was more surprised than Phil when he found himself, in his twilight years, writing children’s storybooks and capping his charity filmmaking “sideline” by producing, directing and animating a BBFC Certificate “U” 3D animated film for young children!
This change of working routine enabled Phil to take on voluntary work in support of the emergency services, including being an operational member of his local county search & rescue (SAR) team.
