Summary
In Sanctum City, sins have weight. Priests extract confessions and lock them in iron boxes, storing guilt like currency. But when a serial confessor dies in the booth, Detective Lena Cross discovers his sins have been stolen and sold on the black market. Now someone is releasing murderous confessions back into the world, forcing innocent people to commit crimes they never intended. The only way to stop them is to find the original sinner, but he's been dead for three days and his final confession is still missing.
