Very much like King David, most of the author's life to this point has been a wilderness with many years of constant battles and pain, with the author pointing out that this most recent 2-year season being the most intense. As the author stepped up and answered the call to enter the wilderness, the author faced intense spiritual warfare; some of which is detailed in this book, which included sickness (to near death), complete loss of resources, constant demonic attacks and what felt like being completely invisible to the world. However, God carried him through and told him to write this book, which the author believes will act as an essential guide to navigating and surviving any potential spiritual warfare they may face as they go through any times of testing.
