This audio book is based on morning meditations by Sabine Lichtenfels which she received and wrote in spring 1999. They are published in her book "Sources of Love and Peace", available with Meiga Publishing. The book contains 52 meditations, nine of them are read out in the audio book and accompanied by meditation music. Whenever "I" or "me" is mentioned, then it refers to the voice of the goddess, or the spirit of the world or of creation.
