Middle school for our narrator is a nonstop series of disasters, from water balloon attacks and glitter explosions to chaotic cafeteria lunches and dodgeball catastrophes. With his friend Malik, he navigates prank wars, science lab mishaps, and a talent show gone hilariously wrong, often ending up sticky, covered in pie, or utterly humiliated. Despite the chaos, he slowly learns that surviving middle school—though messy and unpredictable—can be fun with the right friend by your side.
