Nadia Joynson has spent over 30 years exploring the vast potential in new forms of both individual and collective development. She is the creator of the concept of Perceptive Intelligence (PI). Building on EI and IQ, PI advocates for a stronger leadership foundation by incorporating openness to ones environment as a key factor in cultivating both individual and collective wisdom.
She is also the author of "Short Circuit", "Vibrant Self-Leadership" and conscious fiction teen series "Reviathan". Nadia is passionate about the strength to be gained from diversity and our capacity to evolve.
