This meditation lovingly guides you into your inner depths. You travel through your emotional fields with the help of dolphins and reappear freed with a light heart. Do you notice how old emotions hold you captive? Could they be emotions that are so old, that you don't even know where they came from? Would you like to transform of your old, hindering emotions and redesign your life with a free heart? This meditation helps you to gently dive into yourself and swim through your inner obstacles. It is not about "enduring and mastering" of something inside of you or even "forcing" a change. You will dive through your emotional fields with the help of the loving dolphins that surround and support you. You will notice the repressed emotions, feel them and allow them to be there without having the need to evaluate or identify them. You accept everything that is within you and thereby dissolve the old accumulated stuck energies and hindering emotions within you. The moment in which you feel and allow the emotions, is the moment of liberation. This deep meditation brings you into lightness with the help of the collective field of dolphin consciousness. Selected loving frequencies and opening keys from our "key to the inner universe" card set have been integrated into the meditation to facilitate your transformation. We have consciously created a short and a long version of the meditation for you. We recommend using headphones during these meditations. In this way, you can absorb the positive effect of the spoken words on an even deeper level of your subconscious. SAFETY NOTE: You should never listen to these meditations while driving a car or operating machinery. The best place is sitting in a comfortable armchair, or otherwise lying down.
