T. Dawn Gatling Coates turned her childhood reading struggles into a passion for storytelling. Undiagnosed with a learning disability until college, she earned a BFA in Professional Theatre (NC A&T) and an MFA in Film & Video Production (SCAD). Based in Cumming, GA, with her husband and three kids, she coaches authors to write their own stories and guides them through the publishing process.
