I passionately create stories and insights centered on mental health, counseling, and community service. I motivate, inspire, and empower readers through non-fiction, fiction, and self-help works. I believe storytelling shares knowledge and fosters meaningful conversations. In my professional life, I am an Associate Marriage Family Therapist and Christian Counselor. I earned a BA in Maternal Child Health, dual MA degrees in Counseling Psychology and Forensic Psychology, and a PhD in the study of compound trauma in disadvantaged minority youth. I enjoy traveling, cooking, and classic films.
