Sebastian Todor, PhD, is originally a physicist, and now an indepenendent researcher based in Munich, Germany, specializing in the study of a broad range of fields, from history, to technology, to Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP), astrobiology and space exploration architectures. Recently, his interest in UAP was rekindled, deciding to write a book in defense of the Extraterrestrial Hypothesis of UAP, arguing that what we used to call UFOs, are most likely extraterrestrial craft from at least one highly advanced non-human civilization in a quite populated Galaxy.
