Rodney Penner is a leadership consultant, speaker, and founder of People Purpose Corporation. Born and raised in Manitoba, his story spans decades of hard work, hard living, and a slow, costly education in what actually matters. He has worked in farming, construction, roofing, sales, and business development — and failed publicly in most of them before learning to finish well.
His writing draws from the years he spent running from God, grief, and himself — and the unlikely grace that found him anyway. He lives in Kleefeld MB, with his wife and the sons.
