Rick Leach
Rick Leach is an author, psychiatric nurse practitioner, and U.S. Army combat veteran. He writes romance, thrillers, and nonfiction about trauma, relationships, and the complicated work of starting over. His books include Meet Me When It Rains, From the Fire, and Foothold. Drawing on his experiences in healthcare and military service, Rick creates stories about people carrying difficult histories while finding room for humor, connection, and hope. He also writes PsychiatRick on Substack and lives in California with his wife.
