Dr. Eugene Lipov, MD
Dr. Eugene Lipov is a board-certified anesthesiologist who pioneered the use of Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB) to treat PTSD by resetting the body’s fight-or-flight response. Driven by personal loss—his mother’s suicide and father’s trauma—he has dedicated his career to healing others. His work has been featured in Biological Psychiatry, Military Medicine, The Wall Street Journal, and Wired. As Chief Medical Officer at the Stella Center, he continues to lead innovation in trauma care and has testifi ed before Congress to advocate for expanded access and destigmatized treatment.
