Lisa Smith
Lisa is a 69-year-old widow who once worked as a Certified registered
nurse anesthetist and taught classes at Wayne State University. In
Detroit. She received her degrees from The University of Michigan and
Wayne State University.
In 1992, after having 2 children, she was diagnosed with
Fibromyalgia, and it changed her life, and the life of her family. She was on opioids for
almost 25 years until she found something that changed her life for the
better. It has been over 8 years since she won her battle with opioids. Her rare story is one to remember!
