The love of history, mingled with a passion for romantic gestures, inspired Lauren to create Blackbird of Willow Creek. Since a child Lauren has adored and appreciated American history and the stories of trials and triumphs throughout the country's past. Her boundless imagination fuels the desire to see just how far the past can really take her.
Lauren has been working on several more novels in what she aspires to be The Blackbird Series. In addition to historical romance, Lauren has also dabbled in writing fantasy and Christian, loving the challenges the new genres bring.
