Jeran Fraser is the founder and CEO of Flag50, the operating system for flag football, and the author of Fluid Discipline. He built a seven-figure land business by twenty-four, lost most of it in 2008, rebuilt, and lost again in 2020. Along the way he helped run a US Surf Team for a large brand, started and sold companies, and learned that discipline only works when it adapts. He writes for builders and ADHD-wired operators who don't fit conventional frameworks. Jeran lives in Carlsbad, California with his wife and two sons.
