Dexter Hawk earned a BS degree in physics and an MBA in marketing. He began his business career at a major consumer products company. Then, launched four businesses in real estate, consumer products, and technology, where he interviewed hundreds of people, and developed a passion and a template for hiring people with real-life attributes and real-life skills.
