Dale Lee Biddle is an Alabama-based author, publisher, and independent researcher. He is the creator of Resonant Consciousness Theory, a framework treating consciousness as the fundamental substrate of reality. This book lays the foundation for that theory, which he develops further in The Cosmic Pulse, the second volume of the trilogy. He is also the founder of Lookout Mountain Publications, a small press focused on speculative philosophy.
