After seventeen years handling security issues worldwide as a Diplomatic Security Agent for the US Department of State, Corbin Douglas turned to fiction, focusing on writing about places he has been to and the things he has witnessed. His debut action thriller, Death Cruise, draws on experiences from visits to 76 countries - most of which won't be found on any travel brochure.
Before joining the diplomatic corps, Douglas served as both a police officer and a US Marine, collecting enough unusual stories to fuel several writing careers.
