Christopher Zek pitched professional baseball, a step from the big leagues, and spent thirty years as a builder and electrical contractor. Somewhere in between, the two halves of his life started talking to each other, and he began looking at a frozen kid on a field the way he'd look at a dark room with good wiring: not what's wrong with this kid, but why isn't the current getting through? That question became the Light It Up Method. He coaches youth athletes, works one-on-one with athletes and performers, speaks to teams and parent groups, and is the father of two daughters.
