Carlos Jardino is an engineer, builder, and founder who turned a refugee’s survival instinct into a disciplined system for business. Born in Lourenço Marques in 1963, he rebuilt across three continents after fleeing the 1974 revolution. Founder of PCMnow, FoxyHome, and VULPIN, he applies his “Cash first, pride later” philosophy to real estate and finance.
