Bruce is a retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer 2 with a lifelong commitment to faith, service, and leadership. He previously served as a Catholic Youth Minister and worked with Rutgers University and the Bergen County CYO, mentoring young people in their spiritual growth. After his military career, he worked with Wal-Mart and later the Grocery Manufacturers Association, contributing to quality assurance and food safety programs. Bruce has been married for 42 years and is a proud father and grandfather.
