Baxter Riggs is the pen name for an independent hard science fiction author who has been writing speculative fiction for over thirty years. He grew up in eastern North Carolina, has lived in Minnesota and written over 300 short stories and novellas. Now with the aid of modern technologies, expanding those stories into full novels.
