O'Neill Labs - Niall O'Neill
Niall O’Neill was born in Dublin, Ireland, the youngest of five children. Diagnosed with coeliac disease as an infant, he developed an early awareness of nutrition, health, and the body’s response to food—an experience that later shaped his long-term interest in performance and well-being.
From a young age, he developed a strong passion for sport, movement, and music. He has trained across multiple disciplines, including judo, boxing, football, GAA, and dance. Niall is a certified GAA Level 2 coach who actively contributes to player development and team performance.
