Christina A. Danforth, SHRM-SCP & SPHR, launched HR Jetpack in 2016 to support and educate HR professionals around the globe. She started her HR career at UTC (now Raytheon Technologies) after obtaining her Master's in Business Administration. At UTC, she worked in Labor Relations and in Staffing and HR Management. She was also an HR process leader in Performance Management, Change Management, and DEI. After discovering a passion for supporting the development of her HR peers, she set out on her own, and HR Jetpack has celebrated several years as a top SHRM Education Partner.
