The Extraordinary Life of Al-Qadi al-Nu'man — Scholar, Jurist, and the Man Who Built the Fatimid SoulBy Narin Hikma
Length8h 48m
About this audiobook
Some lives are spent. His was given. You have felt the wish to make something that outlasts you—to give yourself to work that matters more than your name on it.
In tenth-century Cairo, Al-Qadi al-Nu'man lived that life. Over fifty years, he built a legal and spiritual framework so carefully crafted that families still open it today to settle disputes, a thousand years later. He served four Imams and led the Sessions of Wisdom, teaching outer law and inner meaning as one path.
This narrative biography brings to life the man who gave his whole existence to something enduring.
• Meet the scholar who wrote Islamic law's most lasting code
• See the Ismaili vision whole: outer practice and inner meaning as one
• Follow a life given completely to work larger than personal ambition
This is for anyone who has given themselves to something greater, wondering if it would hold.
