Some have been waiting for a chance to escape their hellish world. And when the Ruffners refuse to bring them into ours, the creatures make one final, desperate choice that opens the wrong door. Now hell itself is pushing upward, Cross City is in danger, and the Ruffner Brothers must fight their way out of a nightmare they may already be too late to stop. The bump in the night was only the beginning.
