In a lonely Nevada gas station, young dreamer Leo recruits cranky proprietor Hank to help complete his family’s unfinished quest: a pilgrimage to America’s forgotten roadside wonders. Driving a dying Datsun, they are joined by free-spirited nomad Rita. Their voyage becomes less about reaching destinations like the World’s Largest Ball of Twine and more about the stories shared and a makeshift family forged on the open road. When their car fails and plans unravel, they discover that the only journey worth finishing is the one that changes you, teaching that the real monuments are the people you meet along the way.
