It all started when Hermione Granger decided that Hogwarts needed a break from spells, potions, and the occasional dark lord incident.
“What we need,” she announced one morning in the Great Hall, waving a clipboard dramatically, “is a Hogwarts Bake-Off. A competition of culinary brilliance!”
Harry Potter, who had just finished explaining to Ron why you can’t duel a cauldron, blinked. “Bake… what now?”
“Baking,” Hermione clarified. “Wands down, aprons on. We’re going to discover which house produces the most magical desserts.”
