What she does not know is that she has walked into somebody else's war. For months Callum has been finding marks scratched along his boundary. *Deliberate. Obvious. Designed to frame him for violence he had not committed.* They belong to Duncan, who is his brother, who took Greyhearth from him, and who would like nothing better than a dead human found on the feral alpha's land.
So instead of killing her, Callum gives her three nights and teaches her the harvest.
And Fiona starts noticing things she cannot account for: a cut on her finger that closed in seconds, a gash on her palm gone overnight, and a pull toward the moonflowers that feels less like theft than like recognition.
