The Elder
Spiritual Maturity, Leadership Responsibility, and Oversight in God's HouseBy Dante' D. Barry
Length5h 36m
About this audiobook
The goal of this manual is to move beyond the theory of leadership and into the reality of the assignment. We will address the critical importance of alignment, the necessity of protecting unity, and the discipline of wise communication. We will also look toward the future, examining how an elder builds a legacy through the intentional multiplication of others. Each chapter is a building block intended to help you construct a life of leadership that is reproducible, reliable, and deeply rooted in the values of the house. By internalizing these principles, you are not just preparing for a role; you are preparing to be a source of life and stability for everyone you serve.
