In a forgotten riverside village where lanterns stop glowing after midnight, a curious twelve year old boy named Kofi discovers that the moonlight is being secretly stolen by shadow spirits hiding deep inside the Whispering Forest. Armed with nothing but an enchanted talking drum, a stubborn firefly, and stories passed down by his grandmother, Kofi journeys through magical lands filled with trickster spirits, sleeping giants, and ancient river gods to restore light to his village before eternal darkness swallows the world. Along the way he learns that courage is not the absence of fear but choosing kindness and hope even when the night feels endless.
