Political gridlock prevents long-term fiscal solutions. A third political party could act as a legislative swing vote in a closely divided Congress, encouraging compromise, fiscal discipline, and balanced reform. The American Enterprise Party proposes to serve this stabilizing role—protecting workers, families, and future generations
