As summer ends, Aaron reflects on how Hale Hardware’s workshop has grown into a thriving community space where teens learn carpentry, confidence, and teamwork. With help from volunteers and growing leadership among the teens, the workshop no longer depends solely on him. Watching Marcus, Lila, and others present their work proudly, Aaron realizes real progress lies in shared growth and trust. By stepping back, he has created something lasting. Standing by the sea, he accepts that progress is an ongoing journey, and with the workshop strong, he is finally ready to embrace new horizons in his own life.
