The George Washington Masonic Memorial, Washington, DC, does have a replica Ark, complete with a mural of the destroyed Temple on the wall.
I visited the United Grand Lodge of England in London on a research trip, and the description of the place is mostly true, although I didn’t enter the room next to the altar. Their coat of arms features the Ark of the Covenant, but they don’t (officially) claim to have it.
