This little guide is written for those interested in approaching the topic of "Energetic Healing" for the first time. Join me on a journey into the world of the holistic, energetic way of seeing and healing, the ideas of the energetic healers about the structure of our universe and the human being as an energetic being.
In this small book I would like to give you a first insight into the world of energetic healing. We dive into the world of energy and information, into the human image of energetic healers, look at scientific attempts to explain the how and what of our world and the thinking of healers.
Visualize with me some different ways to stimulate, support and direct our self-healing powers.
If the scientific explanation models seem too theoretical for you, you are not interested in them or you have an aversion to physics and models, then please just keep on scrolling. I will try to bring you closer to the subject even without these models and maybe, if you should discover energetic healing as a possible way for yourself, one day the need will develop in you to learn more about the possible "behind". One just does, another wants to understand in order to be able to fully surrender to things. Whatever type you are, what counts is to go HIS way. There is no right and no wrong, only done or only thought.
