Sloane is a late night radio DJ in the isolated mountain town of Koda Ridge. During a record breaking blizzard that severs all outside communication, she receives a chilling call on the air from a woman trapped in a hidden bunker. As Sloane tries to talk the caller through an escape, she realizes the predator is not in the woods. He is inside the station, watching her every move from the shadows of the sound booth.
