In the mist-shrouded town of Edevane, a mysterious crooked gate appears on the cliffs, luring people with visions of their lost loved ones. Lighthouse keeper Calen Moore, haunted by his wife’s death, discovers the gate is not a doorway but a hunger born from grief. When he steps inside, he learns it feeds on longing itself. After destroying the gate, Calen realizes he created it through his refusal to let go. To end its hold forever, he must surrender his love and release his pain. The gate vanishes, but years later, its whisper lingers faintly on the sea breeze.
