The Wall is down. The war has just begun.
Berlin, 1990. The Cold War is officially over. The Berlin Wall has cracked, and the world is celebrating the "End of History." But in the shadows of the collapsing German Democratic Republic, a terrifying new reality is taking shape.
This is the Interregnum—the lawless eleven months between the fall of the Wall and the birth of a new nation. The police have retreated, the spies are shredding their files, and the border has become a sieve. East Germany is no longer a country; it is a flea market for the apocalypse.
When an intercept from a Soviet "Ghost Train" reveals a terrifying secret, Master Sergeant Graves and USAF analyst Jimmy Hart are pulled back into the fray. A rogue faction of the Stasi and KGB, known only as Atlas, has activated a doomsday contingency. They aren't trying to save the Soviet Union—they are liquidating it.
Their asset? A genetically modified biological weapon capable of depopulating a city. Their delivery system? A train loaded with jet-powered drones, disappearing into the chaotic rail network of the East. Their target? The Unity Day celebrations in Berlin.
With no backup and no authority, Graves and Hart must navigate a treacherous landscape of neo-Nazi street gangs, Russian mobsters, and desperate defectors to find the train before the clock runs out.
Just because the world stopped listening, doesn't mean the enemy stopped screaming.
