Rudyard Kipling
Rudyard Kipling wurde 1865 in Bombay geboren, wuchs in Indien auf und kehrte später noch einmal als Journalist nach Indien zurück. Zu seinen berühmtesten Werken gehören «Das Dschungelbuch» (1894/95) und «Kim» (1901). Seine bedeutende Lyrik hat u.a.
