In the quiet town of Millbrooke, a mysterious woman appears during storms, haunting an abandoned train station. Soon, children begin vanishing, only for one to return whispering that “the woman knows.” Fear grips the town as her sorrowful past is revealed: she died waiting for a train that never came. The townspeople attempt to trick her with a false train, but she demands something real. When young Peter understands she seeks not victims but passage, he offers his hand.
